Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further images made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
